Grand Wood-Based Industry Co., Ltd is the undertaker of a key environment-friendly industrial project invested by Grand Group, it is the first large scale manu-facturer in China of hollow-drilled door cores, it is a member of the Wooden Door Sub-committee of China Timber Distribution Association, it has up-to-date in China and self-IPR-onwed PIC extruding production lines for hollow drilled door cores, Its annual output capacity reaches 100, 000 square meters, and the volume is continuously rising.
We adopt high grade wooden cores and environment-friendly glue to produce hollow-drilled door cores which are in conformity with the standards of GB Grade E2 or European Grade E1, all of our prducts have passed the supervision and testing certification executed by the State Bureau of Forestry. Meanwhile, we have secured tw New-style and Practical Patents, i. e. For molded hollow-core board PRO-filing device and for molded hollow-core board.
The product is featured as light in weight, sound-proof, anti-impact, temperature-keeping and stable in dimensions. The product reserves the virtues of wood and gets rid of its weak points such as shrinking after drying while swelling after being wet, and being heavy in weight. It is indeed an ideal green environment-friendly replacement to solid wood cores.
It is a designated unit who executes national standards for excelsior board.
